Cleanbox is a modular, mobile structure allowing to create a cleanroom on the area of several square meters.

For some production processes there is no need to build a conventional cleanroom with an area of 100, 200 or 1000 square meters - a much smaller cleanbox is enough - a mobile room which can be placed anywhere in the production zone and which will have dimensions such as 2x2m or 2.5×2.5m or 3x3m or 5x3m.

Advantages of using a mobile clean zone

  • Mobility - thanks to its light weight and specialized design, the Cleanbox can be easily moved to another location. This allows for dynamic adjustment of the production space to the required conditions.
  • Lightweight construction - specially designed construction makes that any modifications or changes in Cleanbox location are not a problem.
  • Modularity - modular construction makes it very easy to expand Cleanbox in almost any way you want. This is a great advantage over the traditional Clean Room, the expansion of which is usually connected with building another room.
  • No complex construction procedures and projects - Cleanbox installation is incomparably faster and easier than construction of a standard Clean Room. No need for complex and time-consuming construction projects.
  • Less time-consuming process - from design through construction and service, installing a mobile cleanroom is incomparably faster than building a conventional cleanroom.
  • Less investment and maintenance costs - as with time, the installation and maintenance costs of a Cleanbox are orders of magnitude lower than a standard cleanroom.

How our Cleanbox is constructed

  • Structure - steel profiles painted with antistatic powder paint
  • Base - ESD feet made of technopolymer with threaded zinc-plated pin. Wheels with aluminium hub and ESD polyurethane tread, rotating with brake
  • Walls - 0.3 mm thick antistatic foil. Mesh with sputtered carbon lines. Belts made of antistatic lamellas
  • Passage - antistatic laths. Transparent belts made of PVC film 200×2 (ANTI-STATIC REF-180) (tear strength 50N/mm, light transmittance 85%)
  • Ceiling - steel panels painted with antistatic powder paint
  • Lighting - LED lamps
  • Filtering unit - filtering fan with HEPA filter H13/14
