Pass boxes allow samples, packaging materials and instruments to be transferred quickly and safely between rooms, reducing time and minimizing the potential for cross-contamination.
Because of their small size, they limit particle movement and have very little impact from pressure differences between rooms.
These specialized entry systems reduce the need to enter clean rooms, and with less movement in the clean room, contamination is significantly reduced.
Advantages of using pass boxes
-
minimize the risk of contamination during the manufacturing or testing process
-
maintenance of the desired ISO classification within a given zone
-
positive effect on the quality and integrity of products and processes
-
adaptation of the window model to the respective hazard type of materials and products (passive, active-HEPA, biological-UV)
-
the option to integrate the window into an existing filtering system
